Reece have over 70 foley credits since 2009. His name credits include The Holdovers, The Astronaut (starring Laurence Fishbern, SXSW 2025) and Lemonade Blessings (Tribeca 2025 Best US Narrative Feature).

Having a filmmaking degree and a decade of production sound work gives him an extra edge over others in post-production especially sound editing. We've always had a "character-first" approach at MelodyGun and with foley he always walks each character on their own individually before moving to the next in order to further emphasize each characters quirks, body build and story points.  

 

He previously worked with Mike Horton (MPSE-award-winning foley artist whose work on Haunting of Hill House is something we reference to this day). He's a graduate of Chapman film school and tours regularly with his pirate-celtic-folk-metal band "The Dread Crew of Oddwood".
